JSC "DBK-Leasing" has begun the implementation of the Program for the renewal of the bus fleet

Within the framework of the Comprehensive Program for the Development of Bus Transportation, developed by the Ministry of Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, DBK-Leasing JSC has begun implementing the Lease Financing Program to update the bus fleet. One of the first participants in the framework of this Program was the bus fleet of the city of Atyrau represented by Atyrau-Avtopark LLP, which, with the support of DBK-Leasing (a subsidiary of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, is a part of the Baiterek National Management Holding) 15 new buses of the domestic manufacturer Daewoo Bus Kazakhstan LLP have already been delivered, by the end of the first quarter of 2019, the manufacturer will supply another 85 units of buses. Leasing financing under the Program is provided on the following conditions: interest rate - 7% per annum, for a period of 7 years, with an initial payment of 15%. The program is designed for a period of 15 years, taking into account leasing financing on a revolving basis.

All regions of the country can participate in the Bus Renewal Program, including private and municipal bus fleets, private carriers, travel companies and others. Within the framework of the Program, it is possible to purchase buses of domestic production Hyundai Trans Auto, Saryarka AutoProm, Daewoo Bus Kazakhstan, SemAZ. Along with preferential leasing financing for the renewal of the bus fleet, the Comprehensive Program for the Development of Bus Transportation provides for systemic measures to improve bus transportation, such as: development of electronic ticketing systems for passengers, improvement of tariff setting methods, creation of a network of branded regional centers for maintenance and repair of domestically produced buses.
